David Kay is an accomplished business leader with over 40 years of experience in public accounting, capital markets, finance operations, and business consulting. Over the course of his career, his most gratifying achievement has been co‐founding CrossCountry Consulting in 2011 with former colleagues from Arthur Andersen and building the company from the ground up. From the onset, Dave and the leadership team established strong core values for the firm, successfully growing it while staying true to those values and their commitment to delivering a better experience for employees and clients. Dave is now retired and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors.

With early roots in public accounting, Dave started his career with Arthur Andersen in Washington, DC. Over his 23 years at Andersen, he advised clients in the real estate and financial services industries on IPOs, SEC registrations and disclosures, complex securitization transactions, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and finance function operations. As a partner at the firm, Dave also led multiple market and industry practices. His other leadership roles include serving as the Chief Financial Officer for two large real estate investment companies and co‐leading the Finance Function practice at Navigant Consulting.

Dave has been active in many community charities and non‐profit organizations. He has volunteered and supported Junior Achievement of Greater Washington DC, the American Heart Association of the Greater Washington Region, and the National Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. While serving as President of Congressional Country Club, he launched the Congressional Community Foundation, a non‐profit chartered to assist people in need in the Congressional community and those in its surrounding area.
