Terri McClements is a recently retired Senior Partner with PwC professional services firm. Over her 36-year career at PwC, Terri’s many leadership roles included serving on PwC’s Board; on its US Leadership Team as Vice Chair and US Human Capital Leader; Global Talent Leader; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consulting practice leader; and Partner Candidate Leadership Development leader. As PwC’s Washington, DC Metro and Mid-Atlantic Market Managing Partner, Terri led the firm’s local community engagement efforts to bring nearly $40 million in contributions to key causes, including Junior Achievement. A resident of Clifton, VA, Terri has long been active in the community, serving as an officer of the Economic Club of Washington, DC, and The American Cancer Society, and on the boards of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, the United Way of the National Capital Area and the Kennedy Center Corporate Board.
